Within the photovoltaic team, we configure, plan and fit all types of photovoltaic installation.
As a manufacturer-independent systems integrator, we can provide you with a solution that includes the components most appropriate for your project and its specific requirements: the location, the roof type, the grid… This enables us to ensure continuous production throughout the service life of the installation.
With a 3-year payback time, depending on system power and location (different financial incentives depending on the region), green electricity is proven to be profitable as well as being beneficial in terms of mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions.
Flat roof scenario:
Photovoltaic membrane (roofing with solar cells): 2,200 m² of usable roof area = 100 kWc.
Panels with mounting system for long bearing surfaces: 1,750 m² of usable roof area = 100 kWc.
Pitched roof scenario:
1,000 m² of usable roof area = 100 kWc.
We can provide you with the most suitable solutions depending on the acceptable load, the condition of the roof, as well as the available surface area.
BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaics)
The photovoltaic modules form an integral pat of the buildings, either in the form of a sun screen or replacing traditional glazing. The production of green electricity thus also allows to reduce solar heat and to improve your home's insulation. Made-to-measure modules overcome most architectural constraints.
REMOTE MONITORING - INSPECTIONS/MAINTENANCE
As an option, production in kWh is continuously analysed, thus allowing rigorous monitoring of your installation over time. Your installation is remotely connected in order to monitor its smooth operation.
An SLA (Service Level Agreement) is entered into on a case by case basis, which in the event of a breakdown, covers any call-outs and the swift recommissioning of the system. We can provide you with an annual system inspection and a service to clean the surface of the panels.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS AND TECHNICAL FILES
We liaise with the DSO, CWAPE, VREG, Brugel, the regional Ministries… in terms of the administrative requirements. A complete technical file is sent to you including: the results of the structural engineering studies, the floorplan in AutoCad, the mimic drawing, the acceptance certificate for the installation by an approved body, …

Based on a feasibility study, we can provide you with various options for both leasing agreements and with third-party investors.
